New nails

It's that time again, my most recent visit to the nail salon. This time I was feeling understated nudes with a pop of glitter (always need a glitter nail)!

Hope you like! Next visit will be edging towards Christmas so need to get some Christmas nail ideas on the go.

Holiday blues!

I was such a lucky girl this year and was whisked away for a week long holiday in the sun as a birthday present from my other half.

Waking up on my birthday to be told I was heading off to Rhodes Town was music to my ears. This year has already been a bit of a whirlwind and we had no plans to go abroad so this was very unexpected!

We flew from Manchester on the Dream Liner plane by Thomson which was amusing! Multi-coloured lights, extra leg room and TVs in the back of the chairs (unusual for a short haul flight). Arriving late into Rhodes Town we were extremely pleased to be greeted at Rhodos Hotel Horizon with glasses of champagne.

We had a sea view room and over indulged on the all inclusive food and drink. Spent so much time on the beach as it was lovely and breezy.

Now I'm sitting here in October wondering what's next? The other half turns 30 in February so I have big plans... in the mean time I'll continue to sit here and dream of some sun!

Nail update...

So I've been pretty rubbish at uploading pictures of my nail designs, so here's a load! It's nice to look back on the designs I've had as I always run out of ideas! Enjoy :) Doll xoxo

Puppy update!

Our adorable puppy is growing so quickly! He's now 4 months old and is such a character. I spent a lot of time teaching him basic obedience commands when he first came home which meant he would come, sit and lie down within the first 2 weeks of him being with me. He picked it up really quickly and was a dream to train.

Chewie has been crated since he came home. We initially set up his own little area in the kitchen by using a mesh pen with his crate inside.
Here's what it looked like,

After he'd been with us around 4 weeks and was getting better with his house training, we removed the pen and just left his crate in the kitchen. He has free roam of the kitchen but is crated during the night. I've not crate trained before but it has been incredibly effective and easily and has helped him with his bladder control.

He's such a ball of energy with such a personality, he loves his socialisation classes where he gets to play with lots of other puppies every week!

Here's some of my favourite pics of him, there's plenty more puppy spam on my Instagram, @anniejt92
